Donna Rogg
I have worked with college and graduate students for many years. Many have struggled with issues including low self esteem, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, learning disabilities, family conflict and socialization difficulties.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques ranging from traditional “talk” therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR, as needed.
My primary goal is always to help the student to feel better, by gaining greater insight and understanding as to better ways to address their situation.
