Many of my clients are young adults struggling with anxiety and depression. Often they are managing the results of significant trauma in their lives as they work to develop a sturdy adult identity. Many are in relationships they find to be lacking and are not sure why. Others are dealing with gender identity issues.
Many of my clients use substances to self-medicate their painful feelings and sometimes this results in dependence.
