Hello! I’m Donella Hedges, MS, LAC, a therapist under the supervision of Mya L. Adams, M.Ed., LPC-S. I specialize in working with adults and college students, especially those navigating life transitions, stress, trauma, identity exploration, or systemic challenges.

As a first-generation therapist of color, I’m deeply committed to supporting individuals from BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, disabled, military, and other historically marginalized communities. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to heal at your own pace.

Therapy isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and cultural understanding.

If you have billing questions, please contact Adam’s Mental Health at 480.447.6537. We accept many insurance plans and self-pay options.

Let’s connect to see if I’m the right fit for your healing journey. You deserve support.
