Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC
Accepting clients Last Updated 18 days ago

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Foresight and have been working in the human services field for over 10 years. I graduated from Regis University with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My personal and professional experiences has helped me understand that life can often make us feel lost. It challenges us and often makes us question who we are. I am here to be a companion on your journey of self-discovery while assisting to bring more clarity and meaning into your life. I believe every person has the answers they seek rooted within them just waiting to be unearthed. Life can be difficult to navigate alone, and we process our experiences best through social connection. I can provide you with a safe place to explore your struggles while challenging you and providing a sense of acceptance.

My experiences as a therapist has allowed me to gain an eclectic approach to care in order to meet each client where they are at while finding what works best with each unique individual. My specialties lie within LGBTQ+, trauma, attachment/interpersonal issues. This allows my approach to have a foundation of being trauma-informed, strength and empowerment based, and humanistic while focusing on issues such as identity, interpersonal issues, oppression, self-empowerment, anxiety, and depression.

Foresight helps you find your path to mental wellness. We’re a community of mental health experts who offer a dynamic range of care that flexes with your particular needs and goals. Our team includes licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, researchers, a dedicated care team & more who bring you a thoughtful experience that blends traditional therapy with a technology-backed approach.
