I understand that seeking therapy for the first time may feel intimidating for some. I am a Charleston and Mt. Pleasant therapist and my intention is to meet each individual where they are, to ensure a safe, compassionate environment. I believe in working collaboratively with clients in order to identify personal strengths and develop new coping skills, with the ultimate goal of improving your functioning and relationships within your personal, professional and/or academic environments. We will work to explore behaviors, beliefs, and relationship patterns that no longer serve you well and explore your current values systems in order to reach a true sense of fulfillment in your life.

We will look at where you want to be and how you want to be in your life and work toward healthy changes to move you in that direction. There are many reasons for participating in therapy. Most people who seek therapy are in some type of pain. All people who pursue therapy want to grow and improve their life.
