Have you felt stuck recently or do you feel like no matter how hard you try, you’re not seeing the change you want to see? I get it. Sometimes life feels like a giant wave crashing down on you (ex: the year 2020). My goal is to help you surf instead of drown. Therapy can provide you with insight into how to get out of this rut. When I'm not in session, you can find me doing yoga, playing sports, or binge watching Schitt's Creek for the 10th time.
My style of therapy is pretty laid back and conversational. I also try to incorporate humor into my practice as I believe therapy doesn’t have to be serious all the time!
