I use a relational, psychodynamic approach to help people who want to explore the root causes of their anxiety or depression in order to better cope with challenging situations. Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed or isolated by school, a big life transition, conflict in a relationship, family or grief. At times like these, it can be helpful to have someone to listen and support you.
Together we'll address your struggle in a non-judgmental and safe space. I may challenge you at times but in a supportive, compassionate manner. My goal as your therapist is to help you gain insight and healthy habits that encourage healing, reduce stress, build confidence, and improve relationships.
