Hi, I’m Diane, an art therapist based in Kingston, NY. I help college students navigate the stress, transitions, and uncertainties of this unique phase of life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just looking for space to explore what’s happening, I offer a supportive environment where you can step away from the noise and engage in a process of discovery and growth.

In my practice, I use creative approaches like art therapy, sand tray therapy, and Parts work to help you connect with the different layers of who you are. These methods provide a way to tap into your inner world and allow things to surface that might be hard to express with words. Sometimes, simply letting the process unfold without trying to control it can reveal unexpected clarity or relief.

You don’t need to have any artistic experience to benefit—this isn’t about making something perfect. It’s about using art and other tools as a way to explore and process in a way that feels natural and freeing. For those who love nature, I also offer eco-art therapy, where we integrate natural materials and outdoor settings into the work.

If you’re curious about how art therapy or these approaches could help you feel more grounded, connected, or ready to face what’s ahead, I’d love to connect.
