As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe in prioritizing your mental well-being. This consists of figuring out your self-care routine as well as discovering the main stressor(s). I have over 4+ years of experience working with family and children. However, in the past two years, I have shifted my focus to individual young adults ages 18+ who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, women's issues, church hurt, generational trauma, and many more.
I cater to each individual needs based on the presenting problem. Some approaches may work, some don't. That is why the purpose of treatment is explore those options to find the one that matches you. There may be many paths for you but there is only one true ending to your story.
