Diana Lin
My clients describe me as someone who helps them ground and focus when they feel overwhelmed. I am highly skilled in treating a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, sleep challenges, perfectionism, self-esteem and complex relationships. Together, we will create a plan of what you want to see change in your life and target new strategies to help you live the life of joy, confidence, peace and connection that you want.
In our work together, we will use evidence-based tools that fit for you. My results-oriented approach means you will leave each session with something actionable to help you reach your goals. I often help people deepen their connection with their loved ones and also set limits when needed. I offer individual and couples therapy in-person or by telehealth.
Exploring therapy can be a powerful way to reclaim time and space for yourself in the troubled world we live in.
