Sometimes when life gets hard, it is difficult to ask for help.

I aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment that encourages feeling seen and being heard to make that first step a little easier. I am passionate about helping children, teens and young adults understand themselves better and build on their specific strengths. I understand adolescence and young adulthood is a hard stage of life that presents new emotions, and my goal is to provide guidance and care during this transitional time. Together, we will work on adapting and personalizing tools to gain awareness and create meaningful change.
I use strategic therapeutic interventions to assist in learning how to regulate emotions, explore why certain patterns of thinking and behaving exist, and heal past wounds. My focus areas are anxiety, depression, OCD and life transitions. My goal is to have my clients leave sessions feeling confident to handle the hard days and enjoy every good moment.

I know that finding the right therapist is important and opening up to a stranger takes time. I am here to answer any questions you may have. Let’s start this journey together!
