Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC
Accepting clients Last Updated 3 days ago

I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and Counselor Education at IU Bloomington. I am originally from Taiwan and have enjoyed working with college students in both English and Madarin. I current accept United Healthcare plans, and I am working on accepting Anthem Medicaid, CareSource Medicaid, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna. I offer sliding scales.

I am certified in EMDR therapy through EMDRIA (EMDR International Association). I continue to take advanced trainings, seek consultation and attend study groups after being certified.

I am passionate about helping people feel better and live the life they want. I have worked with a variety of conditions such as college student issues, trauma/PTSD, complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, life transitions and grief/loss. I use evidence-based approaches to help each individual meet their unique therapy goals. The services I offer are culturally sensitive and neurodivergence-affirming. I enjoy working with anyone that wants to improve their mental health while valuing equity and diversity.
