I am certified in EMDR therapy through EMDRIA (EMDR International Association). I continue to take advanced trainings, seek consultation and attend study groups after being certified.
I am passionate about helping people feel better and live the life they want. I have worked with a variety of conditions such as college student issues, trauma/PTSD, complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, life transitions and grief/loss.
