I provide in-person therapy in the Birmingham/Royal Oak/Troy area and online across Michigan, specializing in OCD, anxiety and men’s mental and sexual health. Starting therapy is an act of kindness for yourself, especially when you’ve been carrying depression, trauma, or intrusive thoughts. OCD and anxiety can feel frightening and lonely. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward—whether they’re dealing with identity, relationships, or something harder to name. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on and what might help. You’ll find a space where you don’t have to filter yourself.

I also work with Grow Therapy - an online telehealth platform - so if you'd prefer to meet that way, let me know and I'd be happy to accommodate that. I accept a variety of insurances at both locations (Blue Cross, Blue Care Network, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and other major insurances). I also accept some Medicaid plans and offer sliding scale fees.
