My name is Kate Hagborg, LMHC, and I provide counseling for women in Tacoma, WA to help you feel more confident, alive, and fulfilled in your relationships—with people, in your spirituality, and most importantly with yourself. I offer counseling for issues such as anxiety, depression, perfectionism, trauma, codependency, spiritual burnout, and stress management. I offer both secular counseling and Christian counseling for clients wanting a faith-based approach.
