Life is challenging. Many of us go through difficult things and don’t know where to go to get support. We may feel afraid or embarrassed to share our experience or feelings. I enjoy holding space for my clients to share their truth without judgment. We work together as a team to achieve the client’s stated goals. I am an attentive listener and check in with my clients to make sure that I understood them correctly. I often ask a client what they hope to get out of the session that day to make sure we are working towards the desired outcome together. I hold space for my clients to share their history and presenting issues without judgment. I’m honest and forthright with my clients even when it may not be the answer they hope to hear. I show up every session with the desire to help my clients move towards their goals.
