You’re having trouble recognizing yourself anymore; going from living your life to the fullest to feeling yourself restricted by exhaustion and poor sleep, obsessively focused on eating and your body, overwhelmed by stress, sidelined by chronic pain or your health. You've tried self-help, Google, and going to others for advice but you're still struggling.

Therapy can give you the tools you need to feel confident and capable. By the time you’re ready to finish therapy you’ll be empowered to apply these tools to make progress on your own. You come into these sessions as the expert on yourself, and I come in with the clinical expertise. My goal is to help you make long lasting changes.

I am trained in CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia), CBT-CP (cognitive behavioral therapy for chronic pain) and several other treatments with strong research evidence. In addition to sleep and pain, I love working with patients to help improve their eating behaviors, live well with chronic illnesses, and find ways to live a life they value. As a health psychologist, I can also work with your medical team to help you find comprehensive solutions to your concerns. Using science-based techniques and approaching your unique situation with care, we can work together towards healing.
