Hi, I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep issues, and the challenges that come with big life transitions. Whether you’re dealing with stress from school, struggling with feelings of depression or anxiety, or having trouble sleeping, I’m here to help. My approach is all about treating the whole person and ensuring you feel seen and supported in whatever you’re going through.

In my work with veterans, first responders, and young adults, I’ve seen how hard it can be to manage daily stress while also coping with the pressure to perform, adjust to new situations, or move through personal struggles. College is a time of change, and it can bring a mix of excitement and uncertainty. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, struggling with your mental health, or just need someone to talk to, we can work together to figure out what’s best for you.

I’ve worked in both clinical and research settings, including at Columbia University and with the US Army, where I helped people dealing with everything from trauma and grief to relationship issues and personal growth. I’m especially passionate about helping people who have served, but I also love working with young adults as they navigate the challenges of college life.

No matter where you’re at in your journey, my goal is to provide a space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. We’ll work at your pace, and I’ll help you explore ways to feel better, find balance, and move forward.

Reach out if you think I might be a good fit! Let’s take the next step together.
