My passion is helping people who struggle whose minds overthink and over-plan, then they get overwhelmed and shut-down. I offer more than just skills training and talk therapy.

Anxiousness and perfectionism can be so exhausting and frustrating to live with, and there are gentle ways to create meaningful and lasting relief. When you have help to lighten the effects of pain from the past, you can start to meet life's challenges by choice and live more from your authentic self.

For anxiety, trauma, and/or emotional abuse recovery, we'll use somatic modalities and Internal Family Systems (IFS). You can shift the way you view yourself and the world. You can try new things. We will work together, at the pace and in the way that suits you.

For ADHD, work sessions are available. They're a form of up-leveled body-doubling. We can get your week and day planned, then get you started (and sometimes even finished) with your work in session. Get your daily work done and keep those larger papers and projects moving.

Please note: Dr. Bike does NOT specialize in depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, or addictions--BUT other clinicians do. If any of those are part of your experience, include them in your search criteria so you can find a therapist that meets your needs.
