Hi, I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I’ve been providing therapy since 2017, working with kids (ages 6+), teens, and adults. My experience includes private practice and six years in a correctional setting, helping people navigate life stressors, ADHD, depression, and grief.

I use a mix of CBT, strengths-based, psychodynamic, and person-centered approaches to meet each person’s unique needs. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you gain insight into your thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping strategies, and build confidence in managing life’s challenges. Whether you're working through stress, ADHD, depression, or grief, we’ll focus on creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions are collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs, so you leave feeling more in control and equipped to handle what comes next.
