If you are looking for a therapist, you know you want something in your life to be better, and you haven't been able to make that happen on your own. You might feel overwhelmed, alone, stuck. It doesn't have to stay that way. By looking for a therapist, you are taking the brave steps to make positive changes for yourself.

I am genuine, warm, empathic, and nonjudgmental. I am a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of therapy expertise. My focus includes life transitions and relationship/family issues. I use an integrative approach to treatment, tailoring my approach to the specific needs and personal styles of each individual, couple or family.

Change is not easy, but it is possible. We will figure out how to make it happen. There is nothing we can't face together. I look forward to working with you! Same-day appointments sometimes available.
