Sometimes life isn’t easy! As a matter of fact, life can be extremely demanding. Daily stress, life pressures and complicated pasts can make us feel unbalanced and overwhelmed. More times than not, things like stress, anxiety, anger and sadness are normalized yet they impact our emotional wellbeing and relationship with others. We often sacrifice our self-care by not prioritizing our own needs in order to fulfill demanding roles which often leave us unfulfilled. You are not alone! Empowering others to develop a stronger sense of self has always been my passion.
I help those struggling with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, anger, relational issues, work problems, transitions, communication, and overall life challenges. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach informed by CBT to help you gain the clarity, self-awareness and skills you need to address challenging circumstances in your life.
