Deb Pardue
From birth to death, life is a constant transition. I work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, couples, and families, who are struggling with issues such as infidelity, communication breakdowns, high-functioning autism, trauma, sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief. I have extensive training and experience in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and families, as well as transgender individuals seeking gender-affirming care.
As a compassionate and experienced therapist, I believe in the power of therapeutic relationships to foster healing and growth. Establishing a therapeutic foundation in a person-centered approach, I work to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I integrate techniques from positive psychology and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help individuals identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping skills, and cultivate resilience. With a focus on individual strengths and potential, I empower clients to overcome challenges and live more fulfilling lives.
Life's journey is filled with unexpected twists and turns. Whether you're navigating a significant life transition, grieving a loss, or coping with a chronic illness, you don't have to face them alone. As a therapist with a deep understanding of the human experience, I'm here to walk with you on your unique path, toward healing and growth. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we can work to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and cultivate a more fulfilling life. Let me help you in whatever life transition you find yourself in.
