Everyone deserves peace in their lives but often times experience fear and self-doubt from difficult experiences or perhaps invalidating environments. I have had the dream of becoming a therapist since I was in high school, and I am grateful to be living that dream. My counseling approach involves genuineness, fostering self-compassion and instilling empowerment for those I work with. It would be an honor and privilege to hear what led you to therapy, and assist you in your journey toward healing and igniting your passion for life.

Treating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns is a population I thoroughly enjoy working with. In addition to that population, I have extensive experience in working with trauma survivors, self-harm behaviors, anxiety, and depression. I am HAES informed and LGBTQ+ affirming; and work to make all feel comfortable and welcome.
