DeAnna Dunn
You may have found that you are struggling with the same symptoms (depression, anxiety, obsessive thinking patterns) again and again and are wanting to find new ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Taking that first step to get help can be difficult and takes courage. My aim is to help you become more aware of your own human nature and to become more compassionate towards yourself and others. I strive to empower you to become intentional about your goals and how to achieve them. You can hope to gain greater understanding and respect for your own inner ability to find resolution. In counseling, you will feel supported while working through real and perceived barriers at your own pace. I believe each of us has the wisdom we seek within ourselves; the key is to believe in that wisdom and access it.
