Dayna Lei
I love working with individuals that identify with high-masking neurodivergency, particularly in college-aged individuals. This time period offers us unique challenges, which can often be compounded by having a neurodivergent mind that is figuring out how to navigate in a neurotypical world.
I believe in empowering ourselves and granting ourselves the skills needed to succeed in a environment that might be challenging otherwise. My main goal is to connect with you, and help you achieve your goals in whatever capacity it may present as.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, particularly high-masking autistic clients and ADHDers.
I offer a combination of principles rooted in CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, BSP, and trauma-informed care.
As someone that is AuDHD and has experiences the struggles of trying to adhere to a neuronormative environment throughout higher education, I would love to connect with you and help you determine your path so you can live the life you want to live.
