I am a License Professional Counselor and a Substance Abuse Counselor who has been practicing for over 27 years. I have vast experience in working with both mental health and addiction in a variety of settings. I like to work with my clients to help them improve their emotional health and relationships with others.
I will help you gain insight and process your presenting problems and teach you healthy coping skills to manage your emotions, behaviors and thoughts using approaches that are tailored to you. I use a client centered approach to meet you where you are at and help you move to where you want to be.
