Together, we’ll address issues such as anxiety, depression, treatment-resistant depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and mood disorders. I also have extensive experience with bariatric patients, both pre- and post-surgery, as well as individuals managing codependency or struggling with emotional regulation.
In our work, I blend the latest evidence-based therapies—like CBT, DBT, acceptance and commitment therapy, and supportive therapy—with medication management to provide a comprehensive approach to your mental well-being. I believe therapy is deeply personal and unique for everyone, so I also incorporate personality assessments and value inventories where helpful, tailoring the approach to fit you.
