Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Counselors
  • Pre-Licensed Professionals

My ideal client is someone who has been carrying more than they can manage alone and is seeking understanding, support, and guidance. This may be a child struggling with big emotions, a teen facing anxiety, stress, or self-esteem challenges, or an adult navigating grief, depression, health or reproductive concerns, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions. They want to feel more grounded, develop practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, find hope, and have a safe, supportive space where they are truly seen, understood, valued, and empowered to create lasting, positive change in their life.
I help children, teens, and adults manage anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Using evidence-based practices like CBT, EFT, mindfulness, and family systems, I provide a supportive space to feel understood, gain clarity, and build skills for lasting change.
