Dr. David Sitt is a premier specialist in the assessment and mindfulness-based treatment of adult ADHD/ADD. With an emphasis on assessment, therapy and coaching, Dr. Sitt helps clients develop a strengths-based toolkit utilizing an array of validated techniques. Through the use of CBT, meditation, mindfulness, and executive function training, clients are able to gain skills to maximize their lives with ADHD.
