- Reprocessing disturbing events for resolution
- Integrating healthier messages
- Learning new life skills in areas such as asserting, relaxing, dating, or parenting.
I have always been the person people opened up to about what was bothering them. I am a professionally trained counselor and I want to help you understand what has gotten you to this point in your life and determine where to go from there.
I'm open, honest, authentic, and have a deep faith that prevails. I believe all humans, no matter their experience or trauma, can heal - and there are lots of ways to heal! Let’s customize a plan, blending a wide range of treatments.
