David Fernandez
Welcome! I support individuals, couples, and those in ENM/poly relationships of all backgrounds in building meaningful lives by providing a safe space to explore identity, tend to past wounds, practice new ways of relating to themselves and others, and overcome barriers to authenticity—such as social pressure, anxiety, or trauma. I’m particularly passionate about supporting clients in reclaiming their sexual wellness and intimacy through honest, courageous communication. My approach to therapy—grounded in “parts” work and person-centered care—is warm, affirming, and unapologetically human.
As a queer, neurodivergent person of color, I draw from lived experience, training, and community wisdom to create affirming spaces where all parts feel welcome. This helps us focus on developing inner trust, resilience, and skills to “brave the wilderness” in ways that honor your uniqueness rather than fitting you into a box that wasn’t designed for you.
If you’re looking for a sincere, collaborative environment for all of you and your relationships, I invite you to email or call me to set up a consultation. I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey together!
