Psychologist, Ph.D.
Accepting clients Last Updated 15 days ago

Being a student is tough. Adjusting to a new place, figuring out friendships, all the performance pressure, what the heck are you going to do with your life - plus, whatever you were dealing with before you got to college hasn't gone away. It's a lot. If you're experiencing anxiety, panic, OCD, or depression, and ready for a change, I might be a good fit for you.

As a psychologist, it's my job to help you gain the insights and make the changes you need in order to flourish, not just get by. I use cognitive-behavioral and acceptance and commitment therapy tools to help you learn how to manage what's going on inside your head. In the therapy room, I'm professional but personable, generally warm and compassionate, and I usually find a way to share a laugh or two with most of my clients.

And if you're in graduate school, I know what academia is like - I earned my Ph.D. and worked as a tenure-track professor for a few years before deciding to pursue clinical work full time.

If you're interested in learning more, you can go to my website, or you can reach out to me directly through Thriving Campus. I hope you're able to find the help you deserve, whether that's with me or another clinician.

Note that while I am not in network with the Dartmouth Student Group Health Plan, I do bill them directly, and clients are responsible for a copay.
