I specialize in Couples/Relationship Therapy and Marriage Enrichment (LGBT+ Allied) and this includes adult child/parent relationships, adult sibling relationships, and adult platonic relationships. I also work with adult individuals on issues related to relationships, grief & loss, anxiety, and depression. I have also frequently treated issues related to career, college adjustment, and life transitions.

In addition to my work as a therapist, I have practiced as a professional Career Coach for over 20 years, with a focus on career identity and career selection issues for adults.

As a Clinical Social Worker I am trauma-informed and take a systemic and holistic view of a client and am deeply trained in Interpersonal/Family Therapy and Humanistic models, particularly Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR.)

My first priority as a therapist is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to work through their concerns at their own pace. Together we will address any challenges that they want to explore, accept, or change.
