You’re insightful, self-aware, and often the one others rely on, yet inside you are exhausted, anxious, or unsure of your next step. Maybe you’re navigating identity, burnout, depression or struggling to express your true self in relationships, family dynamics, or your career. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep holding it all in! Through therapy, I support individuals who are tired of overthinking, self-sabotaging, feeling like an imposter and carrying the emotional weight of others. I’ll help you reclaim your energy, voice, and sense of purpose while learning to love and trust yourself in the process.

My approach blends insight and action. I offer a warm, affirming space to explore your thoughts and feelings, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and find strategies that actually work in your real life. I’ll help you learn how to quiet the mental noise, cope with stress, set boundaries, and create the life that you want for yourself.

My clients are often high achieving, emotionally sensitive people who think and feel deeply. They come from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodiverse communities. I want identity and self-exploration and expression to feel safe, so I strive to cultivate an environment that fosters growth without judgment or pressure. I hope to hear from you soon!
