Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists
  • Drug & Alcohol Counselors

I’m passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate the impact of trauma and life’s many challenges. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection and that you are the expert in your own story.
Together, we will move at a pace that feels right for you, gently exploring and processing distressing thoughts, feelings, memories, and behaviors. Whether you’re struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, or ADHD, I offer a supportive, strength-based space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward clarity and balance.

I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailoring these approaches to your unique needs and goals. Compassion, curiosity, and respect guide every step of our work together.

As a trained EMDR therapist, I offer this powerful, healing approach when we mutually decide it’s a good fit. EMDR can help your mind and body process distressing experiences and restore a greater sense of calm and stability.

My role is to walk alongside you on this journey helping you build insight, resilience, and meaningful tools that support lasting change.
