Daphne McKinnon

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 30+ days ago

I have been in practice for over 15 years. I have a passion to help others to overcome their challenges. I practice from a compassionate, strength based perspective. Many individuals suffer in silence when dealing with unrealistic expectations, wondering who they are, feelings of not being enough. Due to feelings of inadequacy, trauma, sexual assault, anxiety and depression oft times this may lead to suicidal ideation.

Everyone has value, everyone has worth, and everyone can heal and live a satisfying full life.
