I have experience working with individuals who experience high stress, anxiety, depression, affects from trauma, relationship struggles, and domestic violence to name a few. I use therapy modalities like, EMDR to help individuals discover the deepest roots and make sense and meaning of them. Academics and life transitions can be difficult and can weigh heavy on our mental health, which affects all areas of our life.
