I offer both Telehealth and in-person services targeted towards clients who are interested in improving their lives and making and sustaining positive change. I typically utilize both cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in my practice. In our work together, you can expect direct, skills-focused work and an emphasis on behavioral change combined with a warm, strengths-based, and individualized approach to treatment.
