My therapeutic style is a balance of warm reassurance, flexibility, and direct feedback. I am passionate about providing attentive listening. I want you to feel heard and valued.
I use an eclectic approach by combining techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices from Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), & solution-focused models.
