I'm a licensed mental health counselor with a passion for helping my clients work through challenges and struggles. I also believe in the importance of celebrating the wins too! I value the unique relationship I build with each of my clients through our time spent in sessions.
I received my Masters Degree from Cambridge College and I have worked in the mental health field since 2017 with various ages and diagnosis.
I believe that the therapeutic journey is different for each individual, so my approach to each of my clients is unique to their own needs.
Life is a rollercoaster and having a non judgmental partner with you on that ride can make all the difference. I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help and I am so proud of you for taking this first step.
