Who Am I?

I have 15 years of experience working in residential, inpatient and community mental health. I have experience providing individual, family and group therapies to clients of all ages. I am passionate about supporting people through challenging life experiences, creating and maintaining deep and meaningful connections, identifying and achieving individual goals, and finding personal and professional fulfillment.
