I enjoy using an Internal Family Systems approach and am IFS level 1 trained. I often work with difficulties related to eating disorders/disordered eating, anxiety, perfectionism, men's & women's issues, and attachment. I also see individuals struggling with addictive processes related to internet, online shopping, and social media.
