I aim to give you a sense of agency in therapy and in life by collaborating with you to define your own goals based on what's important to you. I can help you engage your imagination through different ways of expressing yourself (through images, movement, sound, words, play, etc.) in order to define your goals, gain insight into your challenges, shift perspective, and find new ways to get unstuck.
