As a Latino therapist, my passion lies in helping teens and adults, specifically individuals in the Latinx and LGBTQ+ community who have been struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or religious trauma. Right now it may feel exhausting to carry unrealistic expectations, to suppress emotions to maintain the peace, or to remain stuck in survival mode. For so long, you have been holding it together while no one knows how close you are to falling apart. My goal is to create a space where you are fully seen, heard, and accepted while gaining deeper insight into how your past experiences influence your present.
I help individuals explore the root causes of their struggles by tapping into their unique strengths. My approach is collaborative and fosters lasting change which helps gain clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of self. We will focus on understanding your past by nurturing what needs growth and empowering you to move forward with authenticity.
You are the author of your story, and I am here to support you in becoming the best version of yourself. Whether you are carrying quiet pain or questioning yourself we will uncover the tools and insights you need to return to your ideal self. You do not need to have it all figured out, come as you are and I will meet you there. Reach out if you are ready.
