I am a licensed psychologist dedicated to helping college students successfully navigate the unique challenges of this pivotal time in their lives. I work to understand the pressures you may experience to perform academically, the stress of living and working independently, and the difficulties of managing time and relationships.

My Approach to Psychotherapy

My work with college students is focused on providing concrete, evidence-based skills to help you thrive. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, a common concern for many students. My experience includes using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals learn skills and empower them to effectively manage anxiety and regain a sense of control.

I also have extensive experience with other scientifically proven interventions to address issues that frequently arise during the college years, such as:

Depression: Developing coping strategies to overcome overwhelming feelings.
Traumatic Stress: Providing support and tools through tough times.
Organizational Skills: Helping you master time management and planning to reduce academic stress.

My goal is to empower you to take an active role in your own success by learning how to solve complex emotional problems and prioritize your physical and psychological well-being. Whether you're struggling with academic pressures, communicating with roommates or professors, or finding your place on campus, I can provide the support and tools you need.
