My approach is ideal if you have an open mind, sense of curiosity, a bit of humor and want to feel more at home in yourself!

I see therapy as a healing partnership where we walk the path together. Be prepared to ask questions, dig deep, make connections, tap into multiple ways of knowing, and co-create a space of acceptance and dialogue. I'm really good at helping people find a place of belonging - starting with themselves.

As a qualitative researcher, part-time faculty member, therapist, coach, mindfulness meditation student/ instructor and yoga teacher, we will pull from a range of my experiences, perspectives and resources to help you. I enjoy big questions, synchronicities, dreams, and life's "thin places".

Please feel free to call or email to see if I am a good match for you.
