Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges—whether it’s stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or managing a chronic illness—you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy is a space where we can work together to unpack the tough stuff and help you find relief, clarity, and balance.

I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with chronic illness, knowing how deeply physical health and mental health are connected. Managing a medical condition can affect not just your body but also your mood, sense of self, and relationships. Therapy can help you make those connections, gain insight, and feel more empowered. I’ve seen firsthand how much medical trauma, pain, or even a flare-up can impact our mental health, and I’m here to provide a safe and understanding space to navigate that.

I also work with students and young adults who may be juggling stress, anxiety, or big life changes—whether you’re managing school, relationships, or figuring out what’s next in your life. I’m experienced in LGBTQ+ affirming care and welcome clients of all backgrounds with an inclusive, person-centered approach. We’ll work at your pace to create an experience that feels comfortable for you, using various therapeutic methods that suit your needs. Therapy can feel serious, but I like to bring in humor when appropriate, making our time together feel a bit more relaxed.

I focus on making therapy a partnership, so building a strong, positive connection with you is my priority. Let’s work together to create the space you need to feel heard, supported, and understood. Whether you’re navigating a chronic illness, managing stress, or just trying to figure things out, I’m here to help you thrive. Feel free to reach out when you’re ready—I’m looking forward to meeting you!
