Hi, I am a therapist and Dartmouth alum focusing on individuals with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, and other mental health challenges. At NNE, we combine neuro-technology, somatic, and psychodynamic modalities to achieve exceptional results.
I obtained a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and have degrees in Economics and Business from Dartmouth College and Harvard University, as well as an Engineering Certificate from Stanford University. My therapeutic approach, however, draws primarily from my own experience with suffering, loss, and my substantial fall from grace, which informed my exploration for a more conscious existence.
