I have always been driven to listen, to understand and to help others. I know for many people, myself included, asking for help can be a scary and vulnerable thing to do. However, I believe seeking help demonstrates bravery. Vulnerability does not make us weak; in fact, it makes us strong and courageous.

I believe everyone has their own story, path, and struggle; it is my desire to meet you where you are at and help you grow into the person you would be proud to be. It is common for us to accept things as they are because putting in the work to change can be very difficult. However, it is my desire to walk with you through this season of growth and help you find coping skills and support systems that will guide you into a healthier state. By getting to know you, and using therapeutic approaches and techniques, I believe we can increase your self-awareness, strengthen current relationships, increase healthier thinking and behavioral patterns, and so much more.

In my time away from the office, I am typically with family or friends. I also enjoy exercising and going to the gym, I love going for long drives and listening to music, and I have a great appreciation for art and other cultures.
