Dallas Fiedler
Hi, I’m Dallas, a counseling graduate intern at Resilience Counseling & Play Therapy. I work with children, teens, young adults, and college students who may be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, stuck, or uncertain about life’s next steps. College can bring a lot of pressure balancing academics, relationships, work, family expectations, and mental health all at once. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.
I enjoy helping students navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress management, and emotional struggles that can interfere with daily life and success in school. I also have experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, and family stressors.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to talk openly, build healthy coping skills, gain confidence, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace. Whether you are struggling with something specific or simply feeling emotionally exhausted, you do not have to figure it out alone.
